Description:	Making an interesting change from the usual, this Bayou Classic leg & wing rack holds a dozen chicken drumsticks that dangle vertically while they cook.This not only allows the fat to drain away during cooking, but eliminates the need to turn the legs.The rack allows the legs to cook evenly on all sides. Six notches on each side of the rack hold drumsticks, while special notches secure wings. Made of durable stainless-steel the rack is re-usable & dishwasher safe. It's legs fold up for easy storage too.Cooking instructions are included with the leg and wing rack. When used inside an oven, the rack should be placed in a shallow baking pan containing water to prevent splattering.
