This Bayou Classic 10  Qt  stove  top  deep  fryer  is  1.0 mm/ 18 gauge aluminum  fry  pot  that  comes  with  a  handled  perforated  basket. It  is  great  for  frying  chicken  or  breaded  shrimp. You  could  even  deep  fry  some  hush  puppies  for  the  crowd. This  fryer  does  not  come  with  a  lid  but  is still  great  for  frying  on  your  stove  top  or  using   on  a propane  burner  or  outdoor  patio  stove  similar  to  Item # SQ14.
