Description:	This free standing 4 Gallon Bayou Fryer is one of the best deep fryers on the market today. The Bayou Fryer is made like a professional fryer but it uses propane. The burner sends super heated air through a tube that runs through the oil and heats the oil up. It has a V-bottom design that keeps the oil temperature cooler at the base than the surface frying temperature so the batter does not burn and the loose floats to the bottom.This way the oil stays cleaner longer letting you use the same oil over and over.
