Description:	This unit cooks like a Professional restaurant deep fryer. Great for big jobs and outdoor functions. Solid steel cart with side shelf. Comes with 3 stainless steel fry baskets with cool touch handles similar to commercial fryer baskets. The 9 Gal. fryer has temperature gauge, drain valve with rubber hose, hook mount for propane tank, locking casters and rubber wheels, 10 PSI preset regulator, and a stainless braided hose.The heat from the propane enters a tube in the back of the Bayou Fryer and is channeled through the fryer to bring the oil to perfect heat and making it one of the most efficient deep fryers on the market. The V- bottom design helps keep the base oil temp. cooler than at the surface so the batter doesn't scorch. Oil stays clean and lasts for a longer period of time.
